AION 2 "Unable to connect to login server" [C:114592]
You can't get past login: the client shows "Unable to connect to login server" with the code [C:114592], sometimes after frequent disconnects during play.
Also appears as: C:114592, 114592, aion 2 error c:114592, Unable to connect to login server, aion 2 unable to connect to login server, aion 2 login server not reachable, aion 2 disconnected from login server, aion 2 can't log in
C:114592 is the code players quote on AION 2's login server connection error. Three posters reported it in two Steam threads on October 15 and 16, 2026, and an r/Aion2 thread carries the same title. A 30 September poster with the same code said it cleared by itself and guessed "some server hiccups".
Nobody has found a fix, and NCSoft hasn't replied in any of the threads. One poster contacted NC support and had no answer yet. The cause is unconfirmed, but it looks server-side because it hit several players at once and cleared on its own for one of them.
What to try
- 01Reported
Check whether other players are hitting it right now
Compare the report count on the AION 2 status page with the Steam player count. If others report it at the same time, it is not your machine or connection.
- 02Unconfirmed
Wait and try logging in again later (one report)
On 30 September a poster with the same code wrote that it "works now suddenly again, guess its some server hiccups" about ten minutes later. That is one self-resolved report, not a fix.
- 03Reported
One poster contacted NC support and has had no reply
One poster said they contacted NC customer support after two days of the error and hadn't had an answer. Support tickets go through help.plaync.com.
