AION 2 PURPLE "Account Action - Permanent Closure" ban (fix)

Right after submitting payment for a Founder's Pack through the PURPLE launcher, sometimes before card details even finish processing, the account is instantly banned with an "Account Action - Permanent Closure" notice and a Korean payment-decline reason code (지불거절).

PURPLE has instantly banned some players the moment they try to buy a Founder's Pack — "Account Action - Permanent Closure" with a Korean payment-decline code, sometimes before card details are even finished. It happens on NCSoft's side, not on your PC, though NCSoft hasn't said what triggers it.
Two independent reports on September 25, 2026 describe the same ban and the same fix: an NCSoft account-inquiry ticket got the closure reversed, one within about an hour. No NCSoft staff reply has been found yet.
A related report found the support site can itself refuse login to a banned account, blocking the ticket that fixes this — one player got through anyway. A fresh account is not a workaround: one was banned just as fast.

File an account-inquiry ticket with NCSoft support describing the "Account Action - Permanent Closure" message. Both reporters who tried this got their account reopened, one of them within about an hour.

The support site may itself refuse login to a banned account
One affected player found NCSoft's support site wouldn't let them log in at all because the same PURPLE account was banned — a complication that can block the ticket in the step above. Another player still got a support reply quickly despite this, so keep trying rather than assuming you're locked out entirely.

Don't count on creating a fresh PURPLE account to get around this — one banned player reported their new account was closed just as fast as the original.
