Dune: Awakening on Xbox fails to log in with error "Q54" or other Funcom Live Services (FLS) problems, reported by German players on the O2 internet provider.
Also appears as: dune awakening error Q54, Q54, Q54 error, dune awakening xbox Q54, dune awakening O2 germany, dune awakening xbox can't log in FLS
Funcom lists Q54 as a known issue for Xbox players in Germany whose internet provider is O2. Its Known Issues page says they "are advised to reach out to said provider for assistance." It does not define Q54 beyond that, and links it to "other FLS issues" (Funcom Live Services).
That puts the cause on the provider-to-Funcom route, not on your console or settings, so we mark it as not your fault. Funcom gives no fix of its own. We found no player reports of Q54 outside that page, and it is not confirmed whether other providers or platforms are affected.
No problems reported in the last 15 minutes.
Is Dune: Awakening down right now? Live reports →What to try
- 01Confirmed
Contact your internet provider (O2) for assistance
Funcom advises German Xbox players on O2 who see Q54 or other FLS issues to reach out to the provider for assistance. Funcom does not say what the provider should change.
- 02Unconfirmed
See the FLS login failed page for related reports
Q54 is tied to FLS issues, so the FLS login failed page may help. It covers one Xbox player's report, which Funcom did not confirm.
- 03Confirmed
No confirmed fix yet beyond contacting your provider
No confirmed fix yet. Funcom lists this as a known issue and publishes nothing beyond contacting the provider; this page will be updated if that changes. Check the live Dune: Awakening status page for wider reports.
