You can travel into Arrakeen or Harko Village but can't travel back out, hitting a "P83" error every time you try to return to Hagga Basin.

P83 was a confirmed, server-side travel bug: Funcom's own @DuneAwakening account announced a hotfix specifically to fix "the issue where you can't travel back from Arrakeen and Harko Village, getting the P83 error," alongside a separate fix for Deep Desert server disconnections, with about 90 minutes of expected downtime. That specific instance is fixed. If you hit P83 now, it's most likely the same class of travel-desync bug recurring rather than something new — the workaround below is what got stuck players unstuck before Funcom's hotfix landed.
