Aniimo error codes and crash fixes
Every error, crash and connection failure we have a fix for, one page per code. Before the fix, each page says whether the problem is your machine or the studio's servers — because if it's theirs, no amount of verifying game files will help, and the only useful answer is whether it's happening right now.
Things you can fix
Crashes, install faults and driver conflicts. Find your symptom, work the steps in order, stop when it launches.
Aniimo black screen or crash on launch (official fix)
Aniimo shows a black screen instead of loading, or crashes right after launching, before you ever reach the login or character screen.
Aniimo Steam controller not working (official fix)
A controller connected through Steam doesn't respond in Aniimo, even though Steam itself detects it.
Things you cannot
Queues, capacity limits and login failures. These are server-side — every page below links back to live status rather than a fix you can perform yourself.
Aniimo error 107: "Network Disconnected" while teleporting (fix)
A "Network Disconnected[107]" dialog interrupts teleporting to Idyll, dropping you back to the main menu. Reinstalling or updating your network driver doesn't stop it from recurring.
Aniimo "Account login failed. Log in again." — what to try
You pick a server (e.g. "Aniimo-Europe") and click "Start Adventure," and instead of loading in you get "Account login failed. Log in again." — sometimes alongside a separate "parameter error" message. Repeating the attempt occasionally works after many tries.
Aniimo lost progress or prompted to create a new account (fix)
Logging back into Aniimo shows no progress, or the game prompts you to create a new account/character as if you'd never played, even though you had an existing character.
Aniimo crashes on Steam Deck (official status + workaround)
Aniimo crashes or won't run properly when launched on Steam Deck.
How these are graded
Every fix step carries a label. Confirmed means players demonstrably got back in with it, or the studio said so directly.Reported means it worked for some people and not others. Unconfirmed means it's circulating and there's no evidence either way yet. The distinction is the point — a page that lists five fixes with equal confidence costs you an evening.
