The game shows "quentin-ephyra", an authentication error, on an Xbox console.

The Coalition's open-beta known issues describe quentin-ephyra as an authentication error related to Xbox Quick Resume. The fix it gives is to disable Quick Resume in your Xbox system settings.
This is a beta-era entry and applies to Xbox consoles. We found no launch-era report of it on Steam, where Quick Resume does not apply.
