Where Winds Meet error 401: Customer Support key not working (fix)

Pressing the in-game Customer Support shortcut (the "V" key) shows an "Error 401 – Network busy" message instead of opening support, even after repeated attempts.

A player reported this on Steam Discussions on November 23, 2025, and a second player confirmed hitting the same message the next day (whitelisting the game in their antivirus didn't help). The original reporter came back on November 29 with a fix, posted in Spanish: "Lo solucione, si lo tienes en castellano ponlo en ingles y prueba" ("I fixed it, if you have it in Spanish set it to English and try") — switching the game's language from Spanish to English resolved it for them. No one else has confirmed the fix yet, and NetEase hasn't acknowledged the error, so treat this as a lead rather than a guaranteed fix.
