Where Winds Meet error codes and crash fixes
Every error, crash and connection failure we have a fix for, one page per code. Where Winds Meet "LS-0013" Epic launch error (fix)
The Epic Games Launcher shows "Launch Failed" with error code LS-0013 when starting Where Winds Meet, and the game never opens.
Where Winds Meet error 401: Customer Support key not working (fix)
Pressing the in-game Customer Support shortcut (the "V" key) shows an "Error 401 – Network busy" message instead of opening support, even after repeated attempts.

Where Winds Meet error 211: "cannot connect to server" (fix)
A "211 Error, cannot connect to server" dialog appears when trying to log in, blocking play entirely.
Where Winds Meet: "Failed to connect to update server" (fix)
A "Failed to connect to update server, please check your network connection" dialog blocks the game from launching or patching, reported on both the Steam and standalone-launcher versions.
Where Winds Meet: "Can't connect to the server" (fix)
Login fails with a "can't connect to the server" message, sometimes even after a full reinstall, and often clusters right after a patch or during an announced maintenance window.
How these are graded
Every fix step carries a label. Confirmed means players demonstrably got back in with it, or the studio said so directly.Reported means it worked for some people and not others. Unconfirmed means it's circulating and there's no evidence either way yet. The distinction is the point — a page that lists five fixes with equal confidence costs you an evening.
