Joining a server fails partway through loading (around 72% in the first report) with "EASY ANTI-CHEAT ACTION (0X0002000F)".

Easy Anti-Cheat stopped the connection before you loaded in. A player on the game's subreddit reported it in June 2026 after Update 0.4.4 while joining West Europe, and a reply there put it down to an authentication token timing out.
MADFINGER hasn't documented this code. The fix the original poster confirmed was a one-line reply, and it's not clear exactly what it changed (see below).
Fix it, step by step
Close the game fully and relaunch it (one report)
A reply in the thread said relaunching the game refreshes the expired authentication token. Nobody confirmed it.
"Swap time zones from east coast to west coast" (one report)
The fix the original poster confirmed was a reply saying "try swapping time zones from east coast to west coast". It's unclear whether that meant the server region (US East to US West) or the Windows time zone. Switching server region is the safer thing to try.
Add the game and Easy Anti-Cheat as antivirus exceptions
MADFINGER's fix for other Easy Anti-Cheat errors is to allow
GZWClientSteam-Win64-Shipping,GZWClientEACandEasyAntiCheat_EOS.exethrough Windows Firewall and your antivirus. It isn't documented for this code.
