Gears of War: E-Day Bilefrog-Kalona split-screen error

A split-screen player is signed out after the game is suspended and resumed, with the error "Bilefrog-Kalona".

The Coalition's October 5, 2026 patch notes say it addressed the "Bilefrog-Kalona" error, where a split-screen player could be signed out after suspending and resuming the game.
It is a game bug, not a server problem, and the patch is the fix. We have seen no report of it recurring after the patch.
