Arknights: Endfield stuck at "Releasing Resources 0%" (fix)

After launching the Arknights: Endfield PC client and downloading in-game update resources, the screen freezes at "Releasing Resources 0%" and you can't get into the game.

This is a freeze in the PC client on your machine, and Gryphline has published an official fix. It's a notice in the Help Center, not a numbered error code.
Gryphline's fix is to replace one file, hgdownloadsdk.dll, in the game folder with a fresh copy from Gryphline's own launcher CDN. We haven't tested it ourselves.
Fix it, step by step
Download hgdownloadsdk.dll from Gryphline's launcher CDN
Download the file from
https://launcher.hg-cdn.com/prod/tool/sdk/hgdownloadsdk.dll. This is step 1 of Gryphline's own notice (Help Center FAQ 398).Open the game's root folder from the launcher's Game Settings
Click [Game Settings] in the lower-right corner of the launcher to find the game's root directory (step 2 of Gryphline's notice).
Overwrite the existing hgdownloadsdk.dll with the downloaded file
Overwrite the existing file of the same name in the game directory with the one you downloaded (step 3 of Gryphline's notice), then launch the game again.
