Arknights: Endfield crashes, stutters, or won't get past login. There's no error code, just the game closing or freezing.

Gryphline's Help Center has an official troubleshooting list for login, stuttering and crash problems, and it treats them as something to try on your device first. It doesn't name a cause.

If the steps don't help, Gryphline asks for your account ID, game ID, crash logs and device details. The folders that hold the logs are given below.

Fix it, step by step

  1. Check your PC meets the system requirements

  2. Use a stable network and check the server status

  3. Force quit the game, then restart and log in again

  4. Restart your device

  5. Log in on a different platform or device, then switch back

  6. Re-download and reinstall the game

  7. Note

    Gryphline asks for: your Gryphline Account ID (official website, LOG IN, Account Center), your Game ID, crash logs from C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Temp\Hypergryph\Endfield, player and SDK logs from C:\Users\xxx\AppData\LocalLow\Hypergryph\Endfield, your device model, and a video or screenshot of the problem.
