Trying to log into a server, or reconnect mid-session, returns a "Server Request Timeout" message instead of loading the character in.

This is one of the most consistently reported connection problems in Once Human's Steam Discussions, showing up in at least eight separate threads between August 2024 and September 2025 — one drew 28 replies, another 16 — describing the client sending a request to a specific server and never getting a response back. No official post has confirmed a cause, but the volume and consistency of independent reports across more than a year point at the server side more often than a purely local network fault, which is why this is labelled `them` rather than `you`.
