Escape from Tarkov PvE "EFT.MongoID Ambiguous match found" error
PvE will not load your existing character, or fails while loading into PvE, with "Error converting value "" to type 'EFT.MongoID'. Path '[1].Customization.Voice'. Ambiguous match found." PvP still works.
Also appears as: Error converting value "" to type 'EFT.MongoID'. Path '[1].Customization.Voice'. Ambiguous match found., Path '[0].Customization.Voice', tarkov ambiguous match found, tarkov mongoid error, tarkov pve error converting value, tarkov pve won't load existing save
This error names your PMC's Customization.Voice field, which points at profile data rather than your PC. We rate it as Battlestate's side, but Battlestate has not confirmed that.
Three separate r/EscapefromTarkov posts in early October quote the same text, with the path shown as '[1]' in one and '[0]' in another. Reporters say PvP loads normally and that an integrity check and clearing the cache did not help. One reply said it "is definitely come from server".
No fix or Battlestate reply is known. See the live status page.
No problems reported in the last 15 minutes.

- 01Unconfirmed
Report the error text to Battlestate through the launcher
Send the full error text, including the Path line, through the BSG Launcher's bug report option or Battlestate support. The profile data is on their side, so only they can correct it. No reporter has said a report got a reply or a fix yet.

Integrity check and cache clear did not help reporters
Reporters on r/EscapefromTarkov say verifying the game files and clearing the cache changed nothing, so these are unlikely to fix it.
- 03Unconfirmed
No confirmed fix yet
Battlestate has not acknowledged this error and no player has posted a working fix. PvP works while you wait.
