Active Matter Update 0.4.0.135 — official patch notes ↗

You lose connection during a raid: the game freezes, drops you to the main menu or login screen, or shows "Login error (authorization error): No connection" or "reconnecting to the profile services... actions performed may be rolled back". Reconnecting either fails or isn't offered, risking the gear and loot you had on you.

Gaijin's patch notes for 0.4.0.135 list "improved the ability to reconnect to a raid after a connection loss" and "fixed a rare server freeze", and 0.4.0.137 fixed "a rare server error that could occur when a player spawned in a raid." On an older build, update first.

On 21 October 2026 (about 10:20 to 10:45 AM PDT) a login outage kicked players out of raids. Gaijin's community manager said it was "affecting all Gaijin projects right now and not just Active Matter", then that "we had a temporary outage, we've fixed it". Nothing to fix on your side in that case.

    Update to the latest patch (0.4.0.135/0.4.0.137)

    Update to the latest patch. Gaijin's official 0.4.0.135 notes cite an improved ability to reconnect to a raid after a connection loss and a fix for a rare server freeze; 0.4.0.137 separately fixed a rare server error on spawning into a raid.

    If disconnects are happening to many players at once, check activematter.game/en/news or the Steam news hub for app 2887580 for an active maintenance or incident post before troubleshooting locally.

    If it's a Gaijin-wide outage, wait it out and relog

    If you were kicked to the login screen with an authorization error or the "reconnecting to the profile services" message while many others were too, wait and relog. On 21 October Gaijin's community manager said the outage was fixed and, to a player who lost raid items, that "you should get your stuff back soon - it can take some minutes for the servers to catch up!"
