RuneScape 3: "Malformed login packet" (fix)
Logging in fails with "Malformed login packet".

Jagex's support article says that if you have recently updated your web browser, RuneScape may still be trying to use your previous version of it. The fix it gives is to go to your device's settings and reset your default browser, and it lists Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox. The article is tagged for both RuneScape and Old School RuneScape and says nothing about servers.
