The game disconnects mid-session with an "H74" error, sometimes right after a patch, with no obvious cause on your end.

H74 is documented, alongside P34, as "the connection between client and server was severed without warning" — a generic drop rather than a specific bug. Unlike P34, the fixes players and the community wiki report actually working for H74 point at software running on your own machine that reshapes network traffic, which is why this one is labelled fixable on your end rather than a pure server fault. If Funcom has an active incident posted, treat H74 the same as P34 instead and wait it out.
