Arena Breakout: Infinite error 1400015 (recurring launch fail)

The game repeatedly fails to launch with error 1400015; a full reinstall clears it temporarily, but it comes back — sometimes within the same session, sometimes after a couple of weeks.

Two separate Steam Discussions threads describe the same pattern: error 1400015 blocks launch, deleting the ACE anti-cheat folder doesn't help, Steam's file-verification doesn't help, but a full reinstall gets the game running again — until 1400015 comes back later, in one case after "a couple of weeks" of normal play. Nobody in either thread, including the original posters checking back later, reported a fix that actually stuck, so this is treated as unresolved rather than solved by reinstalling.
