4/35 is one of Delta Force's login-gate errors, and the fix players report working most often is clearing a stale local session-cache file rather than anything server-side: the launcher keeps a login token in Launcher\Cache\TSF4G2\session.txt, and when that token goes stale (commonly right after a patch or a crash) the server rejects it and shows this ID instead of a clearer message. Deleting the file lets the game regenerate a clean one on next launch. If that doesn't clear it, a corrupted game file or an overzealous firewall/antivirus block is the next most likely cause.
