Monsters & Memories "The server did not finish connecting"
After you pick a server, the game hangs for a minute or two, then shows "The server did not finish connecting. Please try again."

One player on r/MonstersAndMemories (1 October 2026) reported this message after selecting a server, with the game hanging for "a minute or two". A reply suggested reinstalling the launcher.
The poster later confirmed that reinstalling worked, using the launcher listed on the community wiki for Linux. That is one report, and it was on Linux; we haven't seen it on Windows. No developer or moderator replied.
